Getting a client to say “you’re doing a great job” is nice. Getting them to sit down, answer hard questions, and give you a 9.5 out of 10 with zero hesitation? That is a different level of win.

That is exactly what happened when UPay’s marketing lead joined Contentika’s quarterly client satisfaction call. Eight months into an SEO partnership, with no script and no filter, it was just an honest conversation about what is working, what isn’t, and where things go from here. We are sharing the full transcript because we believe client feedback is more useful in its raw form than dressed up in a case study template.

Key Takeaways

  • Internal coordination shows up externally. UPay didn’t just praise output, they praised how smoothly the SEO, GEO, and IT teams worked together behind the scenes.
  • Feedback works both ways. The Semrush suggestion is being reviewed, and that kind of client input directly shapes how Contentika refines its toolkit.
  • 85% goal progress in eight months for a fintech brand that started with limited recognition is a strong signal that the strategy is working, not finished.
  • Honest scores build trust. A 9.5 with clear reasoning is more credible than a perfect 10 with none.

The Backstory: Eight Months, One Fintech Brand

Abstract illustration representing a fintech and payments brand growing its online visibility

UPay came to Contentika needing more than blog posts. As a player in the fintech and payments space, the brand needed visibility, credibility, and a search presence that matched the trust it was trying to build with users. Over eight months, Contentika’s SEO, GEO, and IT teams worked together to close that gap.

The satisfaction call below covers the quality of work, communication, tool preferences, overall rating, goal progress, and a few honest suggestions for improvement, because a 9.5 is not a 10, and that half point matters.

The Full Conversation

Contentika Team: How satisfied are you with the quality of the SEO work and the results so far? Is there anything you expected that hasn’t been delivered yet?

UPay Team: Honestly, my first experience with you guys was great. It’s been eight months now that we’ve been working together, and I think your team is very professional and hardworking. Honestly, you were able to cover all aspects and tasks that I’ve given, up to 100%. So I’m very satisfied.

Contentika Team: How has communication been throughout the engagement?

UPay Team: I think you are very communicative. I have worked with a lot of teams. The communication is clear and organized; everything is according to inquiries, professional, and understanding, which is very helpful, especially for people who work in fintech. Sometimes we get really busy, and your team is very patient. So, I think on that part also I am quite satisfied.

Contentika Team: From your perspective, what’s one thing we could do better to make working with us even more valuable?

UPay Team: I think the one thing is, if you guys use Semrush, because I feel like the one you’re using currently is good, but for established SEO teams, I always feel like using Semrush is a lot more insightful.

Contentika Team: On a scale of 1 to 10, how satisfied are you with our services so far?

UPay Team: Nine and a half. I don’t even need to hesitate. I work with a lot of SEO teams, and I think one of the biggest things that makes you guys stand out is you have a well-organized operation internally, which makes it very easy for managers like me who have a lot of people working with them to communicate. I saw how you put in effort when I needed the SEO team, the GEO team, the IT team. You really do work together very well, so I think that’s one of the things that really makes you stand out as a team.

Contentika Team: How far do you feel we’ve helped you achieve the goals you set?

UPay Team: I would say, based on everything I envisioned for SEO and for the brand, currently we are at 85%, which is a very good amount, because looking back at the brand marketing and the branding itself, how it existed, it wasn’t quite there. I feel like in the last eight months we’ve really brought quite big results together, and our brand is quite recognizable now. This is something I always aim for, and I believe SEO is of course a huge part of it.

Contentika Team: Any last suggestions from your side?

UPay Team: I think you guys should definitely have a Google Business profile or somewhere people can leave you reviews, because you do work with brands, and if you have reviews from those brand accounts, it will help you get a lot more business. Thank you guys for your hard work. You’re one of the teams I really don’t have to worry a lot about, because I know you know how to do the work. Let’s make August another great month. I’m pretty sure we’re going to have even better results.
