ABOUT CONTENTIKA

A Lagos team that does SEO and content for companies on four continents, and reports it by lead

Contentika started in 2022 with a blog and a view: most content marketing is measured by the wrong number. Since then we have taken two app-based sites from invisible to ranking, given a Lagos estate agency 60 per cent more qualified leads, and written 87 guides that clients quote back to us.

How we work

Three rules we do not break

Technical before content

A page Google cannot read cannot rank. Every retainer starts with the audit and the fixes, and UPay and UEEx are what that order produces.

Leads, not traffic

Goals and CRM events go in during month one. The report shows enquiries by page, and topics that bring visits and nothing else come off the calendar.

Everything in your name

Accounts, dashboards, content and the keyword map are yours from day one. Nothing sits behind a Contentika login

STORY

Four years, briefly

2022

The blog starts

The first guides on content promotion and distribution are published in October. They are still on the site.

2024

UPay and UEEx

Two app-based sites Google could not read. Rendering fixed without a rebuild, then content and links: 10 to 3,000 visits a month for one, rank 99 to 2 for the other.

2024

Propsult

A Lagos estate agency in a crowded market. Neighbourhood pages, developer profiles and local SEO; 150 per cent more traffic and 60 per cent more qualified leads.

2025

Solevant

A software review site refreshed rather than rewritten: 100 to 3,500 visits a month in four months, mostly by updating pages that already existed.

2026

Tools and 87 guides

The ROI calculator, the headline analyser and the SEO audit plugin go live, and the blog passes 87 guides written by the team

2026

A new site

This one: every service, industry and case study on its own page, with the numbers and their sources.

What we do not do

Four things we say no to, and why it helps you

A small team stays good by staying narrow. These are the lines we hold on every retainer.

No guaranteed rankings

No agency can guarantee a position. We guarantee the work named in the retainer, every month, and we put the expected result and its month in writing so you can hold us to it.

No reports you cannot read

One page a month: traffic, rankings for the terms that matter, leads by page, what shipped, three recommendations. Not a 40-page export from a tool.

No bought links

Every link comes from a pitch to a real editor and is listed in the report with its URL. Networks and paid placements are how sites get removed from Google. UEEx gained 4,000 backlinks in four months without them.

No AI-written pieces under your name

We use AI tools for research, outlines and first-pass edits. Named writers who have read your product write the pieces, because that is what readers, editors and Google reward.
