Working with Contentika

Thirty minutes. You describe the business, who buys and what a good month looks like. We look at your site and your competitors while we talk, and you leave with a recommended retainer, a first-quarter goal and a proposal within two business days.
Technical fixes show in Search Console within weeks. New articles usually start ranking in month two or three, and the results in our case studies took four to five months. We put the expected month in the proposal.
Yes. Most of our clients are outside Nigeria: UPay is in Hong Kong, Catawiki in the Netherlands, Three Movers in the US. Calls are on Google Meet and work is shared in a dashboard you can open from anywhere.
Named writers on our team, briefed from the keyword map, with the SEO lead editing every piece. We use AI tools for research and outlines and never to write a piece that goes out under your name.
Yes. Growth and Scale retainers can be split between our writers and yours: we brief, edit and measure, your team writes. Training and consulting covers the same thing for teams that want to run it alone.
Yes, before the first call if you prefer. Every retainer includes confidentiality terms, and case studies are published only with written permission.
Pricing and contracts

Retainers run from $1,500 to $7,000 a month for clients invoiced in dollars, and the range is on the pricing page with the five things that decide where a programme lands in it. Nigerian clients are priced in naira on a separate local list, not a conversion of the dollar figure, and we give you that list on the call. An SEO audit and a content strategy are also sold as one-off projects.
Foundation has a one-month minimum; Growth and Scale three months, because links and articles need that long to show. After the minimum you are month to month with 30 days’ notice.
Ad spend, paid tools you choose to keep in your own name, stock images beyond the licensed library, and translation on Foundation and Growth. Anything outside the retainer is quoted before the work starts.
Yes, once in any twelve months, for up to two months. The calendar and the keyword map wait for you; the writers do not, so the return date is agreed in writing.
Monthly in advance by card or bank transfer, in US dollars or naira. Invoices carry VAT where it applies.
Yes, before the first call if you prefer. Every retainer includes confidentiality terms, and case studies are published only with written permission.
SEO

Yes, and it is where our best results came from. UPay and UEEx were both client-side rendered and invisible to Google; we fixed rendering rather than rebuilding (Cloudflare Workers caching the pages that mattered on UEEx, readable pages with the missing metadata and schema on UPay).
Yes, by outreach to real sites in your industry: guest articles, expert quotes, data pieces that get cited. Six to eight placements a month on Growth, fifteen on Scale, each listed in the report with the URL.
No, and nobody honest does. We guarantee the work: the audit, the articles, the links and the pages named in the retainer, every month, and we put the expected result and its month in writing.
Most of the work that ranks a page also gets it cited by AI assistants: clear answers, named authors, original data, pages that load. We track citations for Growth and Scale clients alongside rankings.
Yes, where we have access. Redirects, metadata, schema, sitemaps, rendering and speed fixes are done by our DevOps lead. Where a change needs your developers, we send the ticket written for them.
Content

1,500 words on average, longer when the search results say the topic needs it and shorter when they do not. Length follows the intent, not a quota.
Yes. Month one includes a short voice guide built from your best existing pages and two calls with whoever knows the product best. Every piece is checked against it before delivery.
Always. The calendar goes to you before the month starts, and you can swap topics until the brief is written.
You do, from the moment it is delivered, including drafts and images. We ask only to list you as a client and, with permission, to write a case study.
Yes, on WordPress, Webflow, HubSpot, Ghost or a headless CMS, with the metadata, internal links and images in place. If you prefer to publish yourselves, we send the piece ready to paste.
Results and reporting
4
One page: organic traffic, rankings for the terms that matter, leads or revenue from organic where tracked, what we shipped against the calendar, and three recommendations. It arrives on the first business day of the month with a 30-minute call.
Goals in Google Analytics 4 and, where you have one, events in your CRM. We set them up in month one so the first report already shows leads by page.
Yes. Every retainer has a Looker Studio dashboard on your own Google account, updated daily, with the same numbers the report uses.
It happens: an algorithm update, a site migration, a competitor with a bigger budget. The report says what changed and what we are doing about it, and the next month’s calendar changes to match.
